When I heard that The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe ws going to be made into a motion picture I was pleased but not overly excited. However, as the dateof the movie's opening drew closer and I began to see more publicity of it like trailers and Happy Meal advertisements as Narnia characters as prizes I began to be more excited about it. I had read the Magician's Nephew and The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, but I had never read past that in the series. When I saw the movie, my interest in Narnia was reignited and blazingly so. I read through all the chronicles in less than a month, and have since obtained everything within reach that has to do with either Narnia (the books or the movie)or C.S. Lewis. Thanks to the excellent presentation of the book as a movie, I was saved from missing out on perhaps one the best installments to literature ever created. I can't wait to see Prince Caspian when it is finished, it is sure to be as goood as the first movie with Andrew Adamson as director and William Moseley, Anna Popplewell, Skandar Keynes, and Georgie Henely as the 4 Pevensie children. I highly recommend immersing yourself in all things Narnian.
