Since Peepiceek suggested it...

There is a rather noble cliff currently falling off a cliff, which (in the time of great duress) has pushed the cliff that pushed it off a cliff off the cliff. This thread is dedicated to the numerous reasons that we should honor the former cliff, whose name is Cliff.

1. Since cliffs are an important feature of the Dufferish landscape.
2. Since cliffs, particularly Cliff, are important in carrying out Dufferish activities--such as pushing people off Cliff. Or cliffs.
 
3. Because I ate the cliff
4. Because the cliff has been on TDL for longer than Glenburne and many others we could name
 
5. Because I'm going to eat the cliff.
6. *eats Cliff*
7. Because I may not have eaten the right cliff...or Cliff...
8. Because I'm starting to confuse myself....
 
10. Because it has to be spelled with a capital letter
11. Because Cliff has probably made a cameo in a movie
12. because some lemmings just jumped off of Cliff
 
20. Because he (or she - we mustn't leap to conclusions on matters of gender, I've discovered) has a name that matches his (or her) occupation.
21. Because I suggested the thread.
22. Because when I saw this thread it took me five minutes to start writing a post because I was laughing so much that Glenburne had actually started the thread!
