List of differences between the book and the movie?

In the movie, Mr. Beaver tells the kids that Aslan is preparing "your army" at the Stone Table, as if they are the ones who will win the battle, whereas in the book, it seems clear Aslan is the only hope of victory; he is not acting as Peter's captain, he himself is the general.

In the movie the girls send a dryad to their brothers to tell them Aslan is gone. They didn't do this in the book. It made sense though, that they would have done it, knowing that the boys would be there in danger of the witch's attack.

In the book, Ed never meets Mr. Tumnus in the witch's prison, but it makes a very nice touch in the movie.
