For those who may be unaware, there is a website called Cuusoo. This is a place where you can submit an idea for a LEGO set. If you receive 10,000 popular votes, your submission goes to the next round which is review by LEGO. They then have the possibility of creating your set for distribution to the world. There is no time limit on receiving votes and no direct competition to other projects.
So after several submitted ideas, I found I was the first one to come up with LEGO Narnia. I posted the idea and got a few votes. Then a troll came on board and declared that Narnia is dead. Rather than start a flame war, I decided to call on the naiads, dryads, and nymphs (y'all) for a little boost.
Here's what I'm asking. You can go to http://lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/12570 and see my idea for some of the sets. These were drawn in Sketchup. Then vote on the idea. There is very little in the way of giving out personal information. Near the bottom of that page you can find a link to my Flickr stream which has more photos of sets, and to my official Facebook page for the project.
Then spread the word to your friends, neighbors, enemies, and local beavers. With any luck this could become reality and the troll will eat his words or sulk back into his cave.
No, it's not about revenge, it's about the Lion.
Thanks for any help you are willing to give.
