The Children of Narnia..where are they now?

It is interesting to look at the IMDB pages of each of the young actors of the BBC series of Narnia.

Richard Dempsey, Peter, seemed to stay in TV doing various projects and miniseries. His last project ended in 2005.

Jonathan Scott, Edmund, had just one more acting job, an episode of Poirot in 1991.

Sophie Cook, Susan, has done nothing in the entertainment field since Prince Caspian.

Sophie Wilcox, Lucy, took some time off and got a small TV role in 1999 as well as a movie in 2001.

David Thwaites, Eustace, had a few TV roles through 1996, then got into production. He was a producer of Miss Potter (2006) an executive producer of Licence to Wed (coming out in July).

Camilla Power, Jill, has had the most roles since her Narnia days. She has been on TV and movies since 1993. She is currently on a British TV series called Waterloo Road playing Lorna Dickey.

Jean Marc Perret, Caspian, did only one TV movie (in 1993) after Prince Caspian/Silver Chair.

It's actually rather nice that the four Pevensies from the BBC did not bury their perception as Peter, Edmund Susan and Lucy under a whole series of other roles. In that way, once a King or Queen of Narnia, always a King or Queen of Narnia.

They all seemed to be rather fine folk too. You don't think when you see one, "Oh and to think someday she'd be arrested for selling drugs" or "I remember when he shot a man in a pub brawl".... Just nice ordinary folk.
