  • Hi,
I am soliciting favorite quotes for a 2015 Narnian Quote Calendar collaboration project. If you have a chance, please post some of your favorite quotes from any of the Chronicles of Narnia to that thread. Thanks!

But of course. I think the Episcopal service must include the Scripture that "he that believeth in me though he shall die yet he shall live again." There's always the chance this is true, and you'll be reunited with loved ones lost. :) I believe it.
I'm homeschooled so i play on my own. I took lessons for a while but i actually stared and ended up teaching myself(which can be kinda difficult).
Thanks sweetie, that's sort of what I surmised or remembered, but I love the way you describe it -- very vivid and evocative! I believe you are an exceptional young person, and whether you believe in God or not, I know He believes in you! Blessings, darling!
It's actually from one of G. K. Chesterton's Father Brown stories. Father Brown and his sidekick Flambeau were having a discussion on the way to someone's house. Flambeau was looking at the turquoise-colored evening sky and saying that being under it was like being in fairyland--his idea being that nothing bad could happen in fairyland. Father Brown's response is to abruptly cross himself and correct Flambeau's misperception, and it's his correction that makes up my signature.

The rest of the story really has nothing to do with fairyland, or at least with fairies, but Father Brown is right to see danger ahead.

Lol, we had a pony when I was a kid that my mom was training to take a saddle and a rider--it was exciting.
