I don't know what is the plot of the "Silver and Sovereigns" RP; but I can tell you about "Let It Snow." It happens at a time when the last pre-Pevensie Narnian king has died without an heir, making it easier for Jadis to take over Narnia once the Tree of Protection has died.

The reactions of a variety of Narnian species to the takeover make up the substance of "Let It Snow." Particularly prominent are Unicorns, Wolves--NOT all of whom side with Jadis--and Cats of large and small types.

All Centaurs and Gryphons remain faithful to Aslan, and are involved in resistance to Jadis. Talking Tigers have been told by Aslan that Jadis has to be allowed to rule for a time, so that there's no point in trying to overthrow her immediately; therefore the Tigers, and others who listen to them, shift their focus to _evacuating_ humans out of Narnia to the still-free kingdom of Archenland. One fresh, intact Tiger, with two human friends, has arrived to render aid to good-guy casualties. The Gryphon Retaw is keeping an eye on Jadis' Wolves.

The most prominent "onstage" evil character is one of Jadis' Wolf officers, named Sennulf. It is he who has just succeeded in capturing a dozen or so live humans, though he lost about half his troop to the Tigers and Gryphon (and one strong human warrior) who were defending them.

Out of the picture for awhile has been an Archenlandish knight named Bryan, who is a liaison between the King of Archenland and resistance forces inside Narnia. Hopefully, Bryan and his Dwarf and Faun friends will show up soon and help with a counterattack upon Sennulf.

As for acquiring a character, Dawn Treader now has a thread specifically for you to _suggest_ a character you might play. When you've made your proposal, a Mod will tell you if you're approved to use the character. About the only reason any character has been rejected so far was if the would-be player was trying to be totally unbeatable.
If you do join the RPG's, please take note: some players are careless about jumping ahead in time without letting others know they're doing so.
If you join the "Let It Snow" RPG, _please_ be a good guy! We have more than enough bad guys! Please consider the idea I posted of having an Archenlandish sea captain in the action.
