Thanks for your encouraging words about the contest -- I think the timing was poor and it kind of faded away quietly.
I hope your summer is going well. There is a new contest --Live Like a Narnian--
Could you please forward this announcement to anyone you think might be interested? Thanks so much MissD
Are you on Facebook? If so would you friend me (Linda Benisse)? I am planning a mod event there 11/11 and want to invite you.
Thanks Miss R! Maybe you could send in your thoughts on the top 12 vote getters ahead of time (It should be obvious before the poll closes as to which are the top contenders), matching them with the month for you think they would be most appropriate. I will share your suggestions with all the new blues and we can use your opinions as the starting off place for our discussion on Facebook.
I just posted a text+graphic project, 2015 Narnian Quote Calendar collaboration project. I would like your input on November 11 in deciding which of the winning quotes go with which month... if you are available that day sometime before 10 pm Pacific time I will arrange a free conference call using my friend's 800 number. Or we can do messaging on facebook.
Praying for your recovery from your wisdom teeth extraction -- May your swelling go down quickly with no infection, and I hope you will soon be able to return to your regular routine.
I am praying for your recovery. I hope you'll feel better soon. Ice packs, sleep and pain medication will help.
Fortunately the Milk was such a fun read! I loved the dancing dwarves with flowerpots on their heads! The illustrations were delightful! Thanks for sharing, D
It depends on the day, to be honest. Sometimes first thing in the morning, it hurts like crazy; I guess because my muscles aren't warmed up so it's stiff. Yesterday it was hurting every time I walked, but today it hasn't hurt much at all. It's very odd. I guess too it depends on how long/how much I'm on my feet during the day. Today I've sat down a lot, so that probably has a bit to do with it.
I bet. Now I'll have to be extra careful so I won't get banned by anybody I like. ;)

I'm actually a technician, which is sort of like a nurse. I considered briefly going to vet school but decided it was way too much work and school. I'm pretty happy with what I am though. I drew some blood for a test today and I was pretty excited that I was able to hit the vein on the first try. I haven't gotten blood on a dog in a while.

Yep. I just wish my toe would hurry it up and heal! I can't tape it because it hurts worse when I do that, and I can't really wrap it because it won't fit into my shoe. -_-
I know... I have accidently edited some other people's post while trying to quote them earlier... learning curve...
We're young padawans, all clad in blue!! If this doesn't get you back here more often I don't know what will.... maybe a fresh batch of cookies daily?
