I love this book

[The White Stag]

I love this book. I like it because it's clever how the story fits in with the children from the lion, the witch and the wardrobe. It's clever and some more books do that as well. I like the books ending and the beginning as it goes straight into an adventure and there's no messing around. The ending is cool as well. My favorite character is Shasta and I loveeeeeeeeee the talking horse Bree. :) I would love a talking horse wouldn't you. Wow.

The book is also a favorite because, for Christians, it shows how God's children can be exiled from their proper home, and the lengths He will go to, to bring them back and reinstall them as princes and princesses. Shasta could have stayed in Calormene and hoped to become a fisherman like the old guy who took care of him -- but Bree and Hwin and Aravis intervened to give him the push he needed to run toward his rightful place in Archenland.
