I see the book, "Celestine Prophecy" by James Redfield has finally been released as a film.

What is YOUR opinion about either the book or the film?

I've seen the book, and I thought it had something to do with aliens, but I might be thinking about another book called COMMUNION.

The "Celestine Prophecy" is a book-turned-movie" by James Redfield, about some basic "insights" about what some people would call "life".

Thank you, Ice Maiden, for posting the Celestine Prophecy website.

A personal prediction. While it may not make quite as many "waves" as DVC, I am certain some will be upset about the concepts, let alone the actual insights.

I am still interested in hearing what others think about the book, the movie or the insights.

My mother read the book, and she recommended it to me for reading, but I only read about a chapter, since I didint like the writing style of the author. :o That doesnt mean its bad, though, of course, but just not my writing style. :rolleyes:
I'm certainly going to see the movie, though of course.
My mom is like obsessed with the book. She's very new-age, so I guess it will stir up a lot of contreversy, no doubt, but since it wont be as famous as DVC, well..you can only expect that it'll be less. Basically, Im repeating what Wendygirljip said. :D
