Movie order poll

Do you think that the movies should be made the way they should be read,or the way the books were published? :confused:

I voted that I didn't care because honestly, either way there are pluses and minuses. Obviously the biggest problem that I have is cast ages and everything like that, because doing them the way they are published is so challenging because their ages can get confusing, and making films with actors that are human and can't possibly apply to the no-limits, no-rules universe that books can. Face it, there are endless possibilities when writing a book, but you can only do so much with make up and costume.

I'd rather see the filmmakers do them in the order that allows them to produce the best, most exciting and flowing films as possible than to stay strictly in order and the end result is the seven books being made into movies with different actors for the same characters.

Oh, and be careful when saying 'the way the books should be read', because everyone is entitled to their own opinion on what order they read them in. I am assuming you mean reading The Magician's Nephew first, the chronological Narnian order.

it depends..in order for people to be more attached to the movies i think that it should be put in the way they were published.. but for the clarity i think they should have made the movie in order! ! !

If I'm not mistaking, I think they are going to make MN before the last battle. I think this is a bad Idea. Why create Narnia and destroy it in the following movie?

Doesn't really matter now. They can't do it they way you should read it because they already did LLW, which should be, in my opinion, read second.
