I don't know. I don't think C.S. Lewis' intention was for his reader(s) to have a favorite evil character. I think he wanted them to be evil to you and then to just leave it at that.

I voted Tash because -- while evil -- he also served a purpose, coming for the evil Calormenes and Narnians who called on him in TLB.

I don't think CS Lewis would mind if you chose a favorite evil character. I think he would maybe get a kick out of it.

I like Rabadash because he is so intractable and made such a fool out of himself. Who can forget Rabadash the Ridiculous? Hee-Haw! :D

I vote for the White Witch! If there was a "cool" one out of any of them(haha, get it White Witch, cool? nevermind...), it would probably be Jadis, because she has the power of ice, and can easily convince people to do her will
