This is where you talk about the little things that makes the Narnian charectures so believable that you don't think about a lot. They make the story quite rich and are one of the MANY, MANY reasons why C. S. Lewis was such a good writer.
My favorites are the charectures of the duffers!!!

I love it that Lewis says ...
"Once upon a time there was a little boy named Eustace Scrubb, and he almost deserved it."
Or something like that at the beginning of the Voyage of the Dawn Treader. Eustace's whole character at the beginning of that book is so clearly drawn -- he doesn't recognize a dragon because he hasn't read any of the right books, that sort of thing. Very clever character development, as well as thorough.

hmm..I liked the part in MN with the Jackdaw, when Aslan says "you have not told the first joke, but only been the first joke." thats around the lines of what he said. and I like the small little part when Tirian surrounds the Calormen guard to rescue Jewel. those little parts are what make the books the books. :D
