how do you make an narnia rpg. can anyone or only certain people?

Anyone can. It's an open to everybody forum, after all. ^_^ As to how, all you need is a basic plot (storyline--what the RP's about), maybe a character sheet (a form outlining how players can fill out detailed info. about their character(s)), and imagination. :)

umm..I've been wondering how to beild one like that for a long time now....heh, I still havn't figured it out yet though..... :o

ok, i think that it is the same kind of thing that we have here. it is basically a forum. there is an admin. (us) and mods and members and guests. we make the things i.e. The Lantern Waste--->The Dawn Treader--->how rpg?
we get to name the stuff. go to The Lantern Waste--->The Dawn Treader--->A Narnia RP and visit AnnatheBrave's. That is where we will build it, on the Invision Free thing. Narnia/Archland/Calormen/the witch's territory might =the stone table/latern waste. etc.

(heh, although I'm really sorry but I won't be able to be online much during the day..but I usally spend a lot of time online at night.....I hope thats not a promblem.... :o )
