the brittnum twins are gone. during their time back home after the hollywood auditions they stole a car. that got them kicked off american idol. after this week I like Paris, Kelly, Katherine, Lisa, Patrick, Garrett, and that rocker dude.

Alright kids, the girls went last night. So what did everyone think? Here's my reviews of them.
Mandisa--Fabulous. I love how she called Simon out for his comments last week and I love that she came in tonight and just blew everyone away. definitely top 12.
Kelli--*cringes* she did not sound as good tonight. I still like her, but her singing better improve. still probably in the top 12.
Katherine--Phenomenal. I love her voice, spent the two hours voting for her. top 12.
Lisa--such talent and she's so young. yet another top 12 member.
Paris--wow. that's all I can say, just wow.
Brenna--can we say gross?! she totally turned me off. I think she'll be gone this week.
Ayla--good but she'll need an upbeat song to make it to the top 12.
Melissa--for not having seen her before she was pretty good but she'll have to work to get past that lack of publicity.
Heather, Kinnik, Stevie, and Becky--pretty much all I can say is that I didn't remember any of their names until I went back and looked them up. i was not impressed.

So what did everyone else think? And who will be the best guys tonight?

alright so the guys have gone now, so here are my summaries on them.
Patrick--good but needs a little more work on the image.
David--I loved him and I thought the song was great. If he works on his facial expressions a bit he'll go far.
Bucky--I liked him in Hollywood, didn't see much tonight and he's got to work on his look because right now it screams white trash.
Will--I think he's adorable. All of my friends hate him. Oh well.
Sway--yuck. end of story
Chris--Wow. He is awesome and very talented.
Kevin--good voice, needs to work on the image.
Elliott--unbelievable. I hadn't paid attention to him but I was floored. He's great.
Gideon--to quote him "You have to have it" he doesn't.
Bobby--cabaret. completely cabaret.
I'm switching two around in order real quick.
Taylor--I can hear the voice but he doesn't appeal to me. However he has a lot of fans so he'll go far.
Ace--Oh be still my beating heart. I don't think I've fallen for a singer this hard since I was 12 and in love with Hanson. The nerves were there a bit but overall he is just brilliant.

i can. america wants an idol. not a maxim pinup. i'd say that pushed her over. I'm glad stevie's gone. She just butchered Josh Groban's song. And Bobby deserved to go too. I had hoped Patrick would make it another week but David is still there which makes me happy. To clear up the discussion; David sang Elvis at the beginning; Kevin was the one who all the girls wanted to pinch his cheeks and tell him how adorable he was. (because somehow that's flattering to a sixteen year old boy to compare his cuteness to that of their puppy.)

oh come on! chris does not yell. mandisa I might give you but Chris was awesome. I mean I love Johnny Cash. Like to the point of scary obsession. You hear about how random Black Cloak is? well, turn that to obsession of a person and multiply it times 10. i have never been impressed by anyone else singing a johnny cash song and i often think they butcher his songs by adding too much to a great and simple song. but honestly, chris took the song, made it unique, and I loved it. And last week, I mean after taking a Stevie Wonder theme night and giving us a little Red Hot Chili Peppers, how could you not love him?

Have you not seen Chris? He's definitely rock. I'm normally not into the music that American Idol contestants sing...but that guy is awesome. As well as Taylor. Taylor has something that no other contestant has had before....passion for music that you can see. And Chris can flat out sing. I don't know how you can't say there's no rock after seeing Chris.
