Thanks GrayCloak and Dead Rain

I really like that Susan picture. Ask Paul if he can put that pic on the characters page.

Dragon wouldn't that bump your picture off? You have a whole set of pictures up right now.

here's one I did of Queen Lucy a couple weeks ago. It turned out kind of funny, so I tried to fix it. Did I succeed?

I like her, she looks like the kind of girl that would be fun to hang around, not too caught up in being lady-like and proper. Her head looks a *little* off center on the neck, but maybe it's just the angle I'm looking at.

off as in bring it in, or move it out?

her left eye is bigger and higher on her face than her right,
*shakes head* it needs a lot more work

still, it's pretty good. do more! :)

I think the neck needs to be more over to the right is what I was trying to say, but still I like it. Do you do animals too, or just people? (personally I find people the hardest) Post more of your stuff please. :)

thanks Gray, well I haven't really done animals since third grade unless you count that fraction of Hwin's head next to Aravis. I suppose I might pick it up again someday, or over the summer.
I'll post pictures as soon as I finish them, which I'll warrant will not be consistant, lol

Ever try your hand at boys? I think Caspian from VD would be really fun to draw, as well as King Peter. Mr. Tumnus would be really cool too. :)

Wow I really like him; good job! He looks kind of like Clive Owen from 'Arthur'; did you happen to use a sorce picture?

Dead Rain

you're right, gray. he does kinda look like Mr. Owen. but yeah. i like it.

First sentence: yay I feel loved, thank you

second sentence: erg... you weren't supposed to notice, lol. I made an assumption, a big assumption mind you, that most people, like me, hadn't seen that movie. You do have a knack for discerning things like this though GC because, honestly, my final product hardly looks like the original photo.

-DoLW

Side note: Any suggestions for improvement? Be harsh, its better that way, lol

Lol, I can only see it because I've used actor's pictures myself when drawing; it's the sole reason I now use myself as a model so that no one can say it looks like someone famous. But I still think he looks wonderful. :)

The only sugestion I would make would perhpas shade the left side of his face a tad more; just to give a little more definition to the nose. And maybe on his armor I might shade the two circles a bit more as well-to give them a sense of being set deeper in the outfit.

Those are my only two comments, but you're much better at drawing people then me so take them with a grain of salt. I'm going to try and scan some of my own work with week and put it up; in which case you can come by and criticize me for a while. ;)

Hey GC I just cant get away from u can I LOL :D
Nice Peter you draw anything besides fantisy

Thanks Gray I'll do that, or at least try, lol.

Nice Peter you draw anything besides fantisy
thank you
well give me a photo and I can come relatively close to it, so I guess in that aspect I don't draw fantasy at all, lol.

Very nice DoLW. (I think I know who you based Susan on, however. ;) lol)

Ramandu's Daughter is lovely; I like the lighter shading on her; almost as though she looking up into the golden sun. I always thought it was a shame the poor girl didn't have a name.

*smiles at GC* you always know don't you? Well Susan is supposed to be fair, is she not? Who better to base it on than her? After all my last one was too. *gives little half smile* :)
Can you guess who Ramandu's daughter was based on? *sighs* I'm so unoriginal, lol. I spelled it wrong, didn't I? Ramandu I mean.

DoLW

BTW thank ye kindly, lol

Oh, I'm not sure there-Is it Miranda Otto? It reminds me of her-but much prettier; her face isn't as thin looking as Otto's, and doesn’t have the cleft in the chin-hmm, maybe it's not based on Miranda; I think you stumped me DoLW! ;)

Victory! *rejoices* jk. I figured I had you there, but its not entirely fair on my part. Its based on Rebecca St. James, from a photo in her "Pray" CD back in like '98 or something.
