It's not that big but..

I wish you guys could pray for me. I have an amazing voice for singing But I was born in the Wrong state (well since I was born in Germany I should say...)I Live in the wrong state. :o
Ya see I live in the U.S. in the state Pennsylvaina and there is not that much out here were I live. I really want to Sing At Big places but not much comes my way .I take A'll I get but still not much comes. I really feel God is pushing me to be a singer but I need to get more connections. I dont Have an Agent or anything. Right now I'm not taking voice lessons. So I'm not getting better.And Right now I'm just About to ask God To show me a sign or something. Oh and I'm 13 and should be some where I mean Rebecca St. James And alot of others started singing Big time At the age of sixteen and that would only leave 3 years for me to get some where.
I'm really upset right now. :(

But it is wut I want to do I want to sing And Hopefully one day (if I make it there) you say hey I talked to that girl on the internet ha ha ha

Don't worry, that's not silly. Many people face the problem of feeling that they are not able to do what God wants them to do.
I'll be sure to pray for you, and maybe one day (like you said) I'll be able to say "I talked to Tara on the internet before she became famous!"

And I agree, it does help to tell other people about our needs and burdens. It's good to tell people you trust about what's going on so they can help you get through it. :)

And it's sor of hard to explain to my parents see there is 7 kids in my family Im the Oldest and were all homeschooled :rolleyes: yippie

Remember, if this is truly something God has called you to do, He will prepare the way for you and open the doors Himself.

Just because some artists begin their careers very young doesn't mean everyone has to do it that way...and many of the ones who start young wind up regretting that their careers didn't give them a chance to lead normal teenage lives. Show business is demanding and difficult and sometimes even spiritually dangerous.

I'm not saying this to discourage you, only to maybe give you some insight on why God has not opened up this opportunity for you yet. Meanwhile, enjoy using your talent in whatever ways He has made available; most importantly in singing praise and worship to Him. You will never have a more loving, adoring audience than the God who made you listening to you love and adore Him with your voice.

Oh, don't worry dear! I understand how you feel! And of course I'll pray for you! God always listens to our prayers, so you keep praying too. Yes, some singers hit it big at 16, but more girls hit it big later- so don't worry, you have plenty of time!

I'm sure one day you will be happy with your life and profession, wether it be singing, or something else that God leads you too!

Its ok! I sorta want to do what you want to do, but my mom doesn't want me to. Anyways, your in my prayers and good luck!!! If you see an oppurtunity, go for it!!! Even if its alittle talent show, go for it!!! You never know who's in the audience. On guy at my school won a talent show and got to sing his song on the radio!!!

Anything is possible if a person believes Mark 9:13 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tara I understand what you mean about not being able to do what you think God wants you too..I'll pray for you..I think that this might help a little...If God wants you to do it you'll be given the oppertunity, you job is to keep your eyes peeled.
