I love the idea of the Jesus freaks the way the DC Talk mentions them. I'm always reading stories of the martyrs. I love Jesus with all my heart and I hope I could be that brave. Unfortunately I don't know for sure how I would react in that situation. I hope I would honor my Lord.

ooo i loved that book!!! It's sad but being martyred isnt all that pretty. Thats something that you have to take into consideration when stepping into the faith. It isnt all dandelions and bubbles. It's hard to be a Christian, so we have to ask ourselves "How far are we willing to go?" thats something that we all have to deal with.

I definately have Jesus as my best friend, but, like Aslan, Jesus is not tame, but He's good. What I mean by that is we must never lose sight of the fact that although we can call Jesus our friend, He is still King of kings and Lord of lords. He is still God and we must also revere and worship Him as He deserves. That truly then makes one a real Jesus Freak.
