The funniest scene? There were many. I loved the scene when Gimli is tossed by Aragorn and also the scene where Gimli tries to blow away the Death.

I love the scene when Gandalf tries to open the door in Bara Dur(that's right isn't it?) and nothing happens. Legolas looks down at Pippin, and Pippin says, "Nothing happened." There are lots of funny scenes; it's so hard to choose, but the above scene is definitely one of mine.
