how come Jill and Eustace had their Narnian clothes on when they went back into our world and in the lion the witch and the wardrobe the pevensie's had their school/normal clothes on? Was it because Aslan was w/ Jill and Eustace? Any opinions, anyone?

I have absolutely no idea - I don't think Lewis really explained the thing about clothes; maybe gateways between worlds had varying properties.

Two reasons:

FIRST they had not grown. Therefore their Narnian clothes still fit. Imagine the embarrasment if the Pevensies had arrived in kids bodies with full sized clothes on?

SECOND Aslan was trying to make a point on the kids in the school.
