If my mind asking,Which one is the best you all think. The Chronicles of Narnia,The Lion, the witch and the wardrobe movie version or the book version??
And write your reason of your choices

Myself like the movie version more than the book version.Because the war is greater and take longer time in the movie version...

It's almost a draw for me. I loved the movie version, so much that I've watched it more than once (I'd be ashamed to say how many times, lol). But the book brings home C. S. Lewis' message even more than the movie. All in all, they are both wonderful classics I will be enjoying for years and years to come.

I pretty much completely agree with Curumo on this one. I loved the books and was a fan since I was very young, and the movie lived up to my expectations almost 100 %. I completely loved the acting and the casting and the special effects were awesome. But my one complaint was that they misrepresented Aslan just a little bit, and because of that, i think I will give the nod to the books. (But not by a whole lot :)).

Yes, I would also have to say that I enjoyrd the book version more, and have been a fan since I was little. I love the movie a lot, but I also think that the movie misrepresented Aslan and Susan a lttle bit.

I like the movie version better! cause you can see whats happening instead of reading whats happening. :)

I picked the book, because without the book, there'd have been no movie.

I love the book so much. But I like the movie better. The battle is longer, there is some funny parts, and you can see what the characters look like.

I'm not sure which one I like more. The book is brilliant but so is the film. I like the book because it is so magical but the film was less childish and visually very impressive!

The movie is not a "version" of the Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe.
It is Walden Media's interpretation of it.
The movie is fun, but nothing can replace or become greater than the magic of the book.

Both are awesome, but I voted for the book, because I kind of miss reading and imagining what it'd be like in real life...:(;)

I really enjoyed the movie and I will probably enjoy the movies to come in the future, but the books will always be my favorite no matter what. Often writing will convery many things a film can never portray.

come on; the movie was great- definitely suprised that it lived up to my expectations- no other book turned into movie ever has- but the book is MUCH better- the message of the book is clearer, the imagination is allowed to wonder and one thing i LOVE about the book which the movie does not have is the voice of Lewis and his personal narrative- the way he speaks to you as he is telling the story.

I voted for the book because I have loved the book for so long, it is like magic for me. I will say: the movie really was wonderful and completely lived up to my expectations! I loved the addition of some new characters (Orieus was very cool! And the little fox). I loved seeing the book come to life! My only problem was Aslan was not the centerpiece as he is in the books, and as I would have liked him to be in the movie. In the books, it's clear the children love Narnia because Aslan is there, he is more important than all the talking animals or mythical creatures ... in the movie, this is not strong enough. Otherwise, I think the movie is fabulous. The book is also better at conveying what is happening in the children's minds and hearts, which is nice.

The movie was a very good interpretation of the book, it was visually splendid and wonderful to see. However, nothing can compare to the sheer magic of the book. The book was the inspiration for so much literature and for so many people who enjoyed the book. So the book wins hands down!

i voted the book version even though i love the movie.
but the book was the first one that i knew about, and the movie kinda drifts from lewis's work.
