When the telmarines left the famine in telmar to invade narnia, narnia was in some disorder so why did the calormens not invade before then, as they have always wanted to invade.

That is one of the inconsistencies of the series. As in many topics it has been stated that Lewis did not intend to go further on with the series. The Calormenes were probably still at peace with Narnia---as it came after HHB. I know that PC comes a long time after HHB but Calormene may have had some "good" rulers during that time and still upheld the peace treaty that came about in HHB.

But that is just one theory, we may never know. Possibly Narnia wasn't in "disorder" governmentally, but rather in mind. They had the "golden age" and then were at peace for so long they thought war couldn't come, so that is why the Telmarines came in and Narnia didn't fight back alot--atleast hard enough
