Jadis Returns

It is three weeks after the coronation and the queens and kings are visiting Mr. and Mrs. Beaver. That is when Jadis returns, she sends her "secret police" to go and find them once more!

"Sir, I do not think they are hme!" Queen Lucy said to king Edmund

"Me neither," he said, knocking on their door once more.

"well, ware do you think they could have gone?" asked Queen Susan with a hint of concern in her tone of voice. "perhaps we should go looking for them?"

"somethings doesn't seem right here......" said Susan starting to get vary concered for the Beavers.

"No, it does not seem right at all," said Edmund, he felt in his soul that the witch was back. Then he heard barking. "We must go, hurry!!" he shouted.

"he's right come on!" cried Susan as she took a hold of Lucy's hand and and began to run.

Edmund grabbed his sister's hand, running after her.

"hurry!" shouted Susan taking a hold of her brothers hand and running franticly."we have to find Aslan he'll know what to do!"

Edmund heard more barks, then stopped in his tracks as a white wolf stood before them. "What do you want??" said Edmund. "What do you think I want, your majesty," the wolf barked. His teeth were shwoing by now.

Susan stoped running and turned franitccly to the scene of Edmund and the wolf "EDMUND!!!" she shouted and then turned to Lucy "you must stay here okay?" with that she turned and fran franitcly over to Edmund leaving Lucy a safe distant away from the horrid scene. "why are you here!?!?" she shouted at the wolf angrilly.

"You two are the dumbest humans I've ever known," said the wolf. "Go now!!" Edmund shouted. "Jadis has sent me to capture you," the wolf said.

"impossible!" shouted Susan. "Aslan already defeated Jadis!" she eyed the wolf intently with anger ranging up inside of her 'how could Jadis return?' she thought helpessly.

[Edmund_Rocks]

"Oh, you dont know," said the wolf, "It was I, the son of Maugrim, who also has the wolf king's crown, which can bring anybody or thing back to life (ok, I made that up, but go along with it!)" "Ok, if she is so much alive, take ME to her," he said, holding behind his back a sword that he'd just sharpened.

"Edmund! what are you doing!?" cried Susan putting a hand on her brothers sholder.

He looked back to show her he had his sword, "Come on wolf, or are you too chicken, is Jadis truly alive??" Edmund said gripping his sword tighter. "Ok, I'll show the way," he growled.

Susan watches the wolf lead Edmund away. inside she had a really eary feeling about this.

Edmund followed the wolf as he lead them to the stone table. "Come on Su," he whispered, making sure the wolf wouldn't hear, "You ahve your bow and arrow??" "You sure are slow, humans!!" the wolf said.

Susan gesturs to her well hidden bow and arrow. "yep" she whispers to Edmund re-ashuringly.

The wolf continued on and then stopped when the stone table came into view. Edmund had never seen this table before, and therefore was quite suprised. "So this is the oh so famous stoen table?!" he said, looking at it.
"Yep," said the wolf, walking up to it.

tears came to Susans eyes as she looked apon the Stone Table remembering that one fateful night when Aslan was sacrificed. she then turned to the wolf with an angry glare "why have you brought us here?" she asked.

"You know nothing, girl," the wolf laughed. "Jadis is here." He walked up the stairs to where the table was. Edmund followed, "Ok, then where is she??" he said. "Here, somewhere," said the wolf, "Your majesty, your little prince and his sister are here!!"

"bring him here!" came Jadis's cold voice. Susan followed her brother putting a hand on his sholder and looking at the witch with a frightful expression playing on her face.

"So it is true," laughed Edmund, his hand stil on his sword. He approached Jadis, staring at her with a unsure look on his face.

"tell me....ware are the others? shurly you two havn't come here alone?" asked Jadis eyeing the two children carefully with an evil grin spread across her face sending chills down Susans spine, she eyed the witch nervously "I can't believe she's really alive" Susan whispered more to herself then to anyone standing around her.

Susan eyed the Witch nervously "he's right...we came alone" Susan agreed. Jadis laughed eyeing the two Children "so you have..." said Jadis still eyeing the children like a hawk."bring me too Aslan!" she demanded.

"Why should we?" answered Edmund, "And what makes you think we know where he is?"

it was then when Susan decided to speak: "and what makes you think we would take you to him even if we did know ware he was?" she asked.

Jadis laughed eyeing the two children coldly. "and who says you don't know ware he is?" she asked harshly eyeing the children with cold bitter eyes.

"I do, we haven't seen Aslan for sometime," Edmund said, holding onto his sword.

"he's right! we don't know ware he is..." said Susan taking a step behind Edmund who is holding his sword out in front of them.

Susan let out a sigh of relief. "thank goddness she's safe" she said; clearly overjoyed to hear of her sisters safety.

"You need to make sure she stays there," said Edmund, clutching his sword.

"he's right, Peter" Susan said glaring at Jadis.

Edmund watched Jadis's every move. (Somebody needs to be Jadis!! who shal it be??)

Susan continued her glare at Jadis; also watching her every move.


Jadis took a step towards her and Edmund (was peter thier also?) eyeing them carefully with an evil cold look playing on her face.

"You are as evil as you ever were!" shouted Edmund, clutching his sword. Kindro approached Jadis, "I've borught them to you," said he. "You've done well, now you may kill them!" she cackled.

"k-kill us!?" cried Susan in alarm and panic.

Kindro approached the three Pevensies. "you look a bit scared, your majesties," growled the wolf. Edmund drew his sword, "Bak away," he said waving it in the air.

Susan drew her bow and arrow; pointing it toward Kindro the wolf. "y-you heard him...back away!" she shouted trying to overcome the overwelming fear she felt inside.

"I'm so afraid," said Kindro, laughing. "You better be!!" said Edmund, "My sister is one of the best bowspeople in all of Narnia!!"

"you better leave us alone....or you'll be sorry!" she said with her bow and arrow pointed directly at Kindro.

Kindro showed his teeth and growled. "Come on!!" said he, "Bring it on!!" "Ok," said Edmund, who was holding his sword and pointing it towards Kindro.

Edmund whirled as he felt a cold hand touch his shoulder. "Good evening, your Majesty," came the cold voice that he knew so well. It was the voice of Jadis.

How had she gotten behind him. In his panic about Kindro, he had forgotten the danger presented by her.

Susan whirled around toward Jadis as well; but maid sure to keep her bow pointed toward Kindro. as she looked into Jadis's cold cruel eyes she remembered the night of Aslans death she remembered the terrifying cruel unhuman look Jadis had in her eyes as she killed the great lion, this look sent chills through Susans whole body and a grief feeling began to overwealm her. when she witnessed Aslan kill Jadis that one victorious day she had thought the witch was gone forever which was something that caused her to feel overjoyed. but now here she was Jadis herself standing right in front of her.and if thier was one thing Susan despised the most it was being in Jadis's presence.

He pointed his sword towards Jadis, "Oh, your majesty," he said in a sarcastic way.

"what do you want? your magesty" Susan asked in sarcasim.

Edmund looked into her cold blue eyes and remembered everything that had happened to him just a few weeks ago. He remember most of all her cruelness, but also the turkish delight (hehe). His knees were getting weak and he dropped his sword, not meaning to.

Susan quickly bent over; grabbing Edmunds sword and handed to him.

It was like Jadis had hipnotized him because he did not want to take the sword from her. He was not blinking either. "Your majesty," he said in a transe, bowing. Kindro laughed, "it really worked!"

"whats wrong with him!?" cried Susan in alarm and confusion once she had discovered Edmund was in some sort of a trance becuase any other time he would have greatfully taken his sword back...

Jadis looked at Susan, "Dont you know," she said, "You are the dumbest daughter of Eve I've ever known!" Edmund walked to her and she pu her arms around him as she did the first time.

"you monster!!!!" cried Susan. "tell me what you've done to him!" she demanded in a shaky tone.

[Edmund_Rocks]

"I've hipnotized him of course, and now he'll do everything that I tell him," said Jadis.
Edmund looked up at Jadis then back to his sister.

Susan looked at Edmund with heated eyes then carried her gaze back apon Jadis. "you've really outdone yourself this time..." she said angerilly.

"Sure i have, Kindro, get her!!" her cold voice said. "Yes, your majesty!!" said kindro, walking towards Susan.

Susan eyed Kindro fearfully. she quickly pulled out her horn and blew on it feriously hopeing help would come soon. please let this work she thought desperetely.

(sorry I forgot exactly what susans horn thing was called....sorry...)

Jadis stepped forward and with her spear pierced the horn. The horn exploded in a blue-white firework and spread out over the snow-covered ground. Jadis smiled serenely, lifted Edmund into her sleigh, stepped in after him, and drove off into the darkness, leaving Susan alone with Kindro and no help.

Susan watched the sleigh drive off into the darkness until it was no longer visible she then turned her gaze apon kindro who was eyeing her and laughing evilly.
then just as it seemed all hope was lost Susan looked off into the distance seeing a bright yellow glow. as the glow came closer Susan saw that the glow was a mighty lion running toward her and Kindro. "Aslan!?" she cried out in despair. is it really him? she thought to herself qoustionably.

Kindro looked back and saw Aslan running towards them. He showed his teeth and jumped towards him.

Edmund sat in Jadis's sleigh silently, still as hipnotized as ever.

"NO!" cried susan in despair running after Kindro and tackeling him to the ground right before he reached Aslan who was presently only but a few feet away from ware they were.

Kindro now was unconcious. (WOW Su's strong!! hehe!!)
"Oh, susan," Aslan said, one paw ontp of Kindro incase he woke up.

Edmund and Jadis, in the mean time, arrived at the witches palace. Edmund blinked, beneath his stupified outer brain, he thought "wasn't this destroyed." The white witch led him in and up to her throne. "Now sit, my young king, and tell me of my kingdom."

"Your majesty," he said, "Nothing here has happened, it has been all quite boring since Aslan killed you!" He sat down on the steps before her. "I'm glad you've returned to me!"

She smiled and let her cool gaze wander over the palace. She called her henchman, the little dwarf came wheezing over to her. "Make sure that Susan has been taken care of."

[Edmund_Rocks]

"Your majesty," said Edmund, walking over to her, "I'm quite happy your back."

Kindro ran back to the castle, leaving Aslan and susan alone. "your...majesty...Aslan... is... back..." he was out of breath from running so fast.

"Yes you stupid beast and you, as I can see, did not kill the queen." She took her spear and stabbed him in one fluid movement, freezing him. "If it is a war Aslan wants, it's a war he shall get. But this time, we shall win."

.......meanwhile back with Aslan and Susan.........

Susan rapped her arms around Aslan greatful for him coming to her rescue. "I can't thank you enough for coming Aslan..." she said greatfully. " you see, your Magesty Jadis has returned! and she's hipnotized Edmund into joining her side!" she told him with a worried expression playing on her face.

At the White Witch's palace, Edmund jumped out of his trance. He heard the whimper of the dead creature replay again and again in his head and he knew that he must pretend to be hypnotized. "Come here Edmund, it is time we got ready for war." "Yes, your majesty."

....meanwhile....

"what'll we do Aslan?" asked Susan with a pleading look. Aslan gave a her a warm smile and put his paw gently on her left shoulder. "first we must find Jadis." he said in a deep kind voice. "clime on my back, Dear susan we have far to go." he told her. Susan did as Aslan said without haste and climed onto his back. soon they were off on thier way to the witches house.

The sleigh bumped and spurted over the snow, finally shuddering to a halt over a large abyss. "Come my friends, come!" The white witch cried and beckoned with her spear. Out of the hole came many creatures, slithering, jumping, crawling, in every shape and form they came!

"you can bet Jadis is preparing an army of her own this vary minute" said Aslan as he ran across great feilds and along diffrent paths with Susan riding carefully on his back. deep inside her heart Susan felt afridd for all of her siblings, afraid for herself, and afraid for Aslan as she new what had happened the last time Jadis had captured Edmund....and it sent chills down her whole body.

Susan rode on Aslans back as they crossed many scenery's and plains on thier mission to find Jadis.

edmund tried to hide his repulsion of the creatures, for he was still supposed to be under the hypnosis of the white witch. The creatures were many, however, and he could not help but back away fearfully. "Come here, Edmund." Edmund followed the witch's orders and approached the black endless hole.

"Then We head to the stone table, then to the place where the witch held camp before"

Susan didnas Aslan said. she kept a hand close by her boy and kept a good alert eye on thier surroundings. just then a wolf jumped out from behind an ice skelpture. Susan gaspsed and reached for her bow quickly pointed it toward the wolf.

"if your looking for Jadis you won't find her here" said the wolf with a cruel smile.

Aslan pounces on the wolf pinning it down and causing it to winse. "Where has she gone?!" Aslan demanded.

The white witch's train moved slowly toward Cair Paravel the "entranced" edmund in the lead behind the white witch's dress' train.

Edmund looked at the witch, but he was still going to pretend to be in his transe. "Your majesty," he said, "Do you have any turkish delight??"

after the wolf had spilled to Aslan of ware Jadis was he told Susan to clime on his back and she did so without hesitant after that they headed for Cair Paravel at a fast pace.

Edmund looked at Jadis, still pretending so that she would not kill him.

she whirled about and glared at him, the train of her flowing white gown swishing against the powdery snow and creating a small hurricane of white. Edmund glanced down and then up into her face, but he did not look directly into her eyes. "What?!" she demanded. "King Peter would not expect an attack from the south." He lied. She looked around...considering...

"He would expect one from the north, so we shall go from the south!" he lied. He knew that he would expect one from the south, and he wanted him to attack Jadis.

Aslan and Susan were now approaching Cair Paravel they could see it quit clearly now.....

Susan looked behind them while Aslan was running with her safely on his back, and saw a glimpse of the wight witches army getting ready to attack. everythings going to be alright she reashurrued herself as she turned back around; holding onto Aslans main tightly to prevent from any chance of falling off.

(I hope this was ok....I was a little confused....)

"That is a good idea little Edmund," said the witch when he suggested attacking from the south. "I shall split my army and attack from both sides," she said and smiled maliciously.

Oh great, he thought. "Ok, wonderful!!" he lied cheerfully.

Edmund cursed himself silently and tried to think of a way to talk to Peter. He could run, but they would surely catch him, but he could not just leave his brother to die. He then saw the golden glint of Asland on the horizon.

Susan who was saflely on Aslans back caought a glimpe of her brother, Edmund. I wonder if he's still hipnotized..... she thought to herself as she looked at the glimpse of her brother trying to tell if he really was still hipnotized or not.

"Your majesty," he shouted, pointing to Aslan, "Aslan!!"

The White Witch whirled yet again, disturbing the snow once more. She squinted and then cursed quietly. She began pulling at her hair and pacing around the clearing, mumbling to herself...

Edmund stared at his queen, "Your majesty," he said, "What shall we do?!"

as soon as Susan saw the massive army the witch had prepared, her eyes widened in fear and a strang grief feeling began to overwealm her. she clucthed onto Aslans mane even tighter and closed her eyes shut tightly burying her face into his magestic mane. deep inside she was trying to pretend the witch's army wasn't thier; she wanted to believe Jadis was already defeated and that she was now safe with Aslan and her sibleing but the harder she tried to pretend things really wern't what they were she found it harder and harder to face the horrid reality headed striat towards them that was: Jadis and her army

The witch's army turned from the north and faced Aslan's army. The southern army was already being defeated by Peter's own army. Edmund grinned, pleased that Cair Paravel would not be destroyed!

Edmund now understood he was on Peter's side. He ran to his Sister. "Susan!!" he shouted running to her and Aslan

"WATCH OUT!!" screamed Susan as loudly as she could and Edmund turned around. He saw the eyes of the her polar bears only 5 feet behind him and sped up...

"EDMUND!!!" screamed Susan again this time running out from behind the bushes and tackeling Edmund out of the way of the polar bears path. just then they both saw the witches chariot headed right towards them both. "ASLAN!!!" screamed Susan in despair and panic.

ummm...I'm not sure....but I think Aslan and his army are now in battle with Jadis and her army.....Susan and Edmund I think are riding on Aslans back while he runs to attack the enemy....

Then when Edmund looked sharply at where the White Witch was standing he gasped in horror.

On the left of the White Witch stood (guarded by ten minotaurs) a little sculpture of a girl holding a little bottle.

On the right of the White Witch stood the sculpture of a boy, not just a boy, a noble boy, he looked like a prince, no not even a prince, he looked like a king.
In his left hand was shield with a lion on it and in his right hand was a sword.

And after the White Witch a faun was standing up. The White Witch was remarking this and her staf had stroken the faun, but in that short second time was running slowly for Tumnus (because he was the faun). He felt how his arm was becoming of stone, but there was just time enough for him to attack the White witch with it and to knock her out.

I thought the plot was a little bit like that. Is it that bad if I just step in, trying to get life again in the story. If the plot has changed that bad by my fault forget what I said or just use your imagination and if you don't like it that the Wite Witch is knocked out, then let a mighty magic servant of her stop the time for a little while so she can fight in the battle to or use your imagination in your own way.
