Bible Literacy Projet?

I was at a youth camp last week end and my youth paster was talking about something they are trying to get passed in the shcools. It was called The Bible Literacy Projet. I did not get moch info on it but I did get a web address for there site if you wnat more info on ithttp://bibleliteracy.org/Site/index2.htm I was just wandering if any one esle has heard about this or what are your thoughts on it.?
