Does anyone know what is in the other pools or have a guess? and is this located in Narnia? The final Narnia? Did I miss something while reading the books? I know that the white witch came from another pool and that Narnia was located in another pool, but that is all I know about the pools.
Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks.

Are you talking about the pools in the Wood between the Worlds? In Nephew, where the children get when they use the rings? It's just a place that is sort of a staging area. From there you can get into and out of various worlds like ours, Charn, and Narnia.

There's already a discussion thread on the topic here: http://www.narniafans.com/forum/showthread.php?t=393

Yes those are the pools, that I speak of. I read the thread that you directed me too, but I guess no one really has the answers, they are a mystery.
Thanks!

as far as i know (though i havent finished the series yet) Lewis never talks about the pools after MN and none of the other worlds are talked about.

I can tell you what's in those pools, and I promise once you hear it you'll never drink from them again, even after boiling it! :D

I will say that I've fished them before, and the trout you catch are really OUT OF THIS WORLD!

Presumeably, each of the pools is connected to a different world. Apparently there are very many worlds, though the Chronicles of Narnia only deal with three.

I think it just takes your to other worlds, e.g. Charn of Narnia - depending on the pool that you jump in - they are like doors to different rooms/worlds so to speak I guess!

That's a good explanation. The pools represent doors to different worlds, I suppose. However, it would indeed be very interesting to know if any of those pools can take you to the Narnias within the first one...

though I have the feeling that the magic that takes you to those Narnias is more complex than the one in the Wood Between the Worlds.
