Praying for you Jay7, welcome to the site too..i feel terrible I can't greet all newcomers..there are so many!
I agree with Gibby, this is something we all need a little help with, but your faith will grow stronger for the struggles you go through.

Surprisingly my faith has gone pretty high today, prayers are working. :D

Hang in there, Jay - I'll be praying for you. Remember - it's not so much that you hold on to God, but that He holds on to you ("My soul clings to thee; thy right hand upholds me." Ps 63:8). Emotions will come and go. Never forget the two favorite prayers of the great evangelist and healer John Wimber, which he used early and often. Here's the first:

"Oh God! Oh God! Oh God! Oh God! Oh God! Oh God! Oh God! Oh God! Oh God!"

Here's the second:

"Help! Help! Help! Help! Help! Help! Help! Help! Help! Help! Help! Help!"

(I'm not kidding!)

Use those as often as necessary!
