NarniaFans Member QueenHelen, the winner of the Ultimate Narnia Fan Contest, has finally had her blog posted on Narnia.com!
She informed us on the forum: Disney has finally posted my written account of my trip on narnia.com (I’m still waiting on the video blog – think that will be closer to the release of the movie), so I can finally talk about my trip and answer questions.
KingFrank and I had a wonderful time in Prague and on the set of Prince Caspian. The call sheet for the day said “Visit from Ultimate Narnia Fan….and husband”. KingFrank got to follow me around and carry my stuff – I really did feel like royalty!

The winner of Narnia.com’s Ultimate Narnia Fan contest has posted on the forums that she will be leaving for the set very soon. She writes:
Hi everybody. It looks like I’ll be headed to Prague the week of May 7. Thanks for all the great questions and suggestions. I’m sorting and grouping them, so hopefully I’ll be able to find a great question, no matter who I end up talking to (everything is “subject to availability of cast and crew”). I’ll let you know when I get back, but be warned up front – I won’t be able to talk about the set visit at all (who I talked to, what I saw, etc.) until after the production blog posts on Narnia.com. That’s just part of the rules for the contest winner.
Once again, Congratulations QueenHelen! You’re living a dream of mine!

Why I am the ultimate Narnia fan.
Narnia has been my favorite place since childhood. My car has a “There’s no place like Narnia” bumper sticker, my house has a Narnian Lamp Post in the front yard, we read all seven books in The Chronicles of Narnia aloud dramatically as a family, with our four children (conveniently, 2 boys and 2 girls) reading the parts of Peter, Edmund, Susan and Lucy, while my husband, Jim, and I read the other parts. (Yes, we have six complete sets of the books at our house.) Last Halloween I carved pumpkins featuring Aslan and the Lamp Post.
