Action-Figure.com has posted a ton of pictures of the Prince Caspian toy line that was created by Play Along Toys. They took the pictures at the 2008 New York Toy Fair. Check it out to see huge castle play-sets and action figures of many of the characters from the upcoming film: The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian.

Brian Jacks wrote us to let us know that they’ve been given an exclusive look at a new Prince Caspian action figure. It is the figure of the Wer-wolf, which is an odd spelling of the word. They report:
As an upcoming blockbuster, it’s only natural that the latest entry to Disney’s “Chronicles of Narnia” franchise would have its own toy line. With that in mind, dig this exclusive look at one of the coolest (and secret, until now) characters from “Prince Caspian” …the Wer-wolf, a half-human/half-wolf hybrid that operates 24/7, regardless of full moon.

Entertainment Earth has revealed new Prince Caspian Action Figures to be made available sometime in March. They’re really cool figures created by Play Along Toys. They’ve added some ominous music to the site as well as a glimpse of the figure for Prince Caspian. It’s only fair that you visit their site for the look at the figure.
I’ve been in talks with Play Along Toys about their upcoming line of highly detailed Prince Caspian action figures. They told me they were going to add Narnia to their website in December, and they will be adding a new preview figure to the site every week or so until the movie arrives!

I went to Toys R Us today to pick up a game for Wii when I found a calendar at the check-out counter. It is a Disney/Toys R Us 2008 Calendar. I started flipping through the calendar, eventually stumbling upon the month of May. In the top left, there was Aslan, and on the top right: the logo for “The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian.” In the bottom right, King Peter in his armor. Miraz’s castle is in the background of the calendar itself.
At the bottom there are two coupons. Both are valid from May 1, 2008 – May 31, 2008. Play Along Toys (we’ll have more on them very soon, they’re the licensee this time around for the Narnia toys) have a coupon to “Save 10% on any Play Along Narnia role play item.” The other coupon is from Disney Interactive Studio: “Save $5.00 on the purchase of any Narnia Prince Caspian video game.” It’s good for the game on any system, including: Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, Xbox 360, PlayStation 2 and PlayStation 3.
The calendar can most likely be found at any Toys R Us. It does ring up for a penny at checkout though, as a “Promo Item” but then that penny is removed from the sale, making it free.
