A (Brief) Behind the Scenes Video Clip

NarniaFans spy Daniel sent us a link to a video which shows the Dawn Treader re-constructed inside the Warner Studios in Australia.  Note the mention of a sword fight between stuntmen, Caspian, and Lucy which takes place in among some cool-looking statues.

Click here to watch the short clip, which is more about Australia’s film industry than Narnia, but is still interesting.  Thanks, Daniel!

I wish I lived in Australia. It would be great to be able to tour the ship. I expect there will be loads of pictures on the Internet next week!

A sword fight between stuntmen, Caspian, and Lucy? What’s the deal with that?
The Dawn Treader open to the general public! Oh, to go to Australia sometime after the 26th!

I have a bad feeling that this movie isn’t going to be like(or anywhere near)the book. :(

  7. Battle Maiden says:

    lilly,

What gives you that feeling? As I’ve said in comments before, I’m NOT worried about changes in the movie. After all, there has to be some changes in order to translate a book into a movie. But still, I doubt that it will be that different from the book. Remember, CS Lewis’ step-son is a very important person in the production of VDT. And I’m sure he won’t just stand by and let people mutilate the story. ;) Anyway, let’s give this a chance. I’m VERY excited about it, and I’m sure that even with some changes, it will be a great movie!
