NarniaFansCast – Episode 45: It’s Back

John Burkitt has been working tirelessly to bring back the Narnia Fans Podcast, and NarniaFansCast: Episode 45 is the fruit of that labor. Ephinie and Inkling discuss Voyage of the Dawn Treader with host John Burkitt (EveningStar) after a long hiatus. Inkling’s pet non-mod (I mean “husband”) was in on the discussion and made some great remarks but his audio track could not be salvaged. Followed by an original Byron on Wells story “The Usual Date.”

The look we often see at theme park rides is not original to theme park rides. The reason they look that way is that they’re drawing on ancient styles to look mythical and legendary. Which is exactly how the Dawn Treader should look. Therefore, if the ship reminds one of a theme park rides, that probably means the filmmakers are going in the right direction.

Awesome show, I listened to it a while back, haven’t had time to post yet. . Loved the story, it was really pretty. Interesting comments on the Dawn Treader/ride thing. Hope you do another one soon !
